Despite what the Democratic Party wants people to think, they really are a group that has no morals. They actively steal money from just causes just to fund their extravagant lifestyle.

Take former Democratic Rep. Corrine Brown from Florida. She illegally took thousands of dollars from her own charity and spent the money on herself. She had extravagant parties, shopping trips, and trips around the world.

Due to those actions, she has been found guilty on 18 counts of fraud and tax evasion. Karma will always come through in the end.

Brown was a Florida representative for 14 years, starting in 1993 and lasting until earlier this year. She had lost her primary race in 2016.

These charges come from an investigation into her charity One Door For Education Foundation Inc. Federal prosecutors said the charity was supposed to give scholarships to poor students, but all it did was line the checkbooks of Brown and her associates.

Brown wasn’t the only one indicted over these allegations. The president of the charity, Carla Wiley, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. She had deposited $800,000 into the foundation’s account over the span of four years.

Prosecutors say it gave one scholarship for $1,000, while Wiley transferred tens of thousands of dollars to her own account. Talk about screwing over the kids.

Brown’s former chief of staff was in on the scam as well. Her former employee pleaded guilty and even testified against Brown. She claimed that she was left in the dark about what was really going on.

Brown said she had left the details to her former chief of staff and other hired staffers. She said she should have paid more attention to the financial part. Or, she could have had ethics and not stolen the money! Oh wait, that requires following the rules, something Democrats don’t like to do.
