It’s Been A Very Bad Week For The “Deep State”

The following article appeared in Wizbang on March 26th

First, the FBI fired their outgoing deputy director for cause.  In an un-forced error that arrogant bastard then revealed that he had run a criminal investigation of the Attorney General under whom he served.

Second, the Washington [Com]Post had to draw attention to the deep state by denying its existence.  That to “discredit” the former United States Attorney hired by Trump to be his liason for the forthcoming indictments of the operatives of that non-extant entity.

Third, despite the dhimmocrat’s with bylines press efforts to smother embargo on the story, word has escaped into the wild that the DoJ not only has a Prosecutor working in parallel with Inspector General Horowitz, there is also at least one grand jury looking into the matter.

Fourth, we are starting to see reports on the contents of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence’s report on their fourteen month investigation into matters related to the 2016 election.  While the headline remains “What Collusion” the subheads will pose additional existential threats to the operatives of the democrat imperium.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes has submitted the committee's much anticipated, fourteen month long Russia investigation report to the intelligence community Thursday for a declassification review so that a redacted version of the classified report can be made public, the committee said in a statement.

The committee’s findings revealed that classified leaks alleging the Trump campaign may have colluded with Russia dramatically increased after the election and some of those leaks “correlate to specific language found in the Intelligence Community Assessment,” which had not been released at that time. It also noted that former Obama Director of National Security James Clapper, who is now an analyst at CNN, provided inconsistent testimony about his contacts with the media, specifically CNN, as previously published by this reporter.

Never good to be named in the findings of fact in a Congressional Investigation.  The perjury clock may have run out for Clapper, but the National Security offenses are still in play.

The hunt is on.
