Hillary Clinton is a longtime friend and supporter of Black Lives Matter; let’s not overlook this

By Kevin “Coach” Collins

A search of Hillary Clinton’s cheerleading statements about Black Lives Matter reveals she has a history of groveling before the BLM terrorists in an effort to sway the Black voters she will need to win in November.

When asked if she would “push to dismantle structural racism [in America]” she replied “Black Lives Matter. Everyone in this country should stand firmly behind that. We need to acknowledge some hard truths about race and justice in this country, and one of those hard truths is that racial inequality is not merely a symptom of economic inequality. Black people across America still experience racism every day.”

“Since this campaign started, I’ve been talking about the work we must do to address the systemic inequities that persist in education, in economic opportunity, in our justice system. But we have to do more than talk — we have to take action. For example — we should make sure every police department in the U.S. has body cameras. We should provide alternatives to incarceration for low-level offenders. We should invest in early childhood education for every child. We should fight for voting rights and universal voter registration. You will continue to hear me talking about these issues throughout this campaign and pushing for real solutions.”

On January 11, 2016 she said she “intend[s] to fight” for some of the demands of Black Lives Matter activists. When pressed for specific ways she would carry the BLM’s water she said, “Criminal justice reform, policing reform, incarceration reform—I believe strongly that this has to be the strongest priority of our [next] president. [Our current system] is such a violation of what we say our values are, you know, ‘equal before the law,' Well, we have systemic racism and bias that is implicit in our system, and unless we begin to go after that and expose it and end it we won’t solve this problem.”
